Bloomsbury offers a selection of exceptional handmade Czech Glass Buttons, produced by a very small concern in the Czech Republic. The buttons are made in North Bohemia,
which is known as the "Glass Capital" of the world, with a glass history dating back as far as 1376. The buttons we are importing come from a small family run business with a 100 year old button factory - it is the only original remaining factory still producing Czech Glass buttons in the Czech Republic today. The buttons are finished by hand using only the finest materials and many of the moulds are 100 years old or more. These glass buttons are exquisite fastenings or decorative items for any garment or accessory. The craftsmanship is superb and they are also very popular for jewellery.
